Pricing questions
What counts as a successful takedown? +
A takedown is successful when the target page, account, or app listing is removed, suspended, or rendered inaccessible by the hosting platform. We verify removal and log it in your dashboard before it counts against your plan.
What happens if a takedown fails? +
Nothing. Failed takedowns don't count toward your monthly quota and we don't charge for them. If a case is stuck, we explain why and suggest next steps.
Do unused takedowns roll over? +
No. Each plan resets monthly. If you consistently use more, we'll help you pick a larger plan or move to a custom enterprise agreement.
Can I exceed my plan's takedown limit? +
Yes. Extra successful takedowns are billed at a per-takedown rate based on your plan. You can also upgrade mid-cycle at any time.
Do you offer annual or custom pricing? +
Yes. Annual plans come with a discount, and enterprise customers with high volume get custom pricing, dedicated managers, and SSO.
